United States privacy notice
How LifeLift Consulting LLC collects, uses, discloses and protects personal information through this website and related online services.
Last updated: July 25, 2026
LifeLift Consulting LLC (“LifeLift,” “we,” “us” or “our”) operates the LifeLift website and related pages, forms and online services that link to this Privacy Policy. This policy applies to personal information LifeLift controls through those services.
This policy does not govern independent websites, booking providers, wellness locations, testing centers, practitioners or other third parties that maintain their own privacy practices. When you follow a link to another service, review that service’s privacy policy before submitting information.
The information we collect depends on how you interact with LifeLift.
Information you provide directly
Contact information: name, email address, telephone number, mailing address and preferred contact method.
Inquiry information: messages, questions, requested services and other information included in a contact or consultation request.
Professional information: practice or organization name, professional role, work setting and interest in education, devices, onboarding or partnerships.
Booking information: requested appointment type, preferred time and information needed to administer a consultation or wellness booking.
Retreat and travel-interest information: country of residence, preferred retreat period, travel-companion information, dietary or accessibility considerations and program interests.
Communications preferences: newsletter, email, telephone or text-message preferences where those options are offered.
Other information: information you choose to provide through a form, questionnaire, email, telephone conversation or other communication.
Information collected automatically
When you use the website, LifeLift and its website service providers may collect internet or electronic activity information such as your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, links selected, date and time of access, approximate location derived from IP address, cookie identifiers and diagnostic or security information.
Information received from other sources
LifeLift may receive limited information from booking providers, website and CRM providers, retreat or location partners, professional referral sources and other service providers when needed to respond to your request, administer a booking or provide a service you requested.
LifeLift’s general contact form and initial retreat-interest questionnaire are not designed to receive medical records, diagnoses, laboratory reports, medication lists, insurance information or other detailed health information. Do not submit that information through a general website form.
Dietary needs, accessibility requests or other information you voluntarily provide may be considered sensitive or consumer health information under some U.S. state laws. LifeLift will use that information only for the purpose for which it was provided, to respond to your request, to support safety or accessibility, or as otherwise permitted with your consent or by law.
If detailed health information is required for a separately approved program, LifeLift will explain the authorized collection method and any additional privacy notice or consent that applies. A website privacy policy is not a HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices. Whether HIPAA applies depends on the organization and activity involved.
The current website does not use general forms to collect detailed consumer health records. If LifeLift later introduces a collection process governed by a U.S. consumer-health-data law, LifeLift will publish any separate notice and obtain any consent required by that law before the collection begins.
LifeLift may use personal information to:
respond to questions, contact requests and requests for information;
schedule and administer consultations, bookings, education, onboarding and support;
review retreat-interest questionnaires and coordinate requested program information;
communicate about products, services, education, locations, events or opportunities you requested;
send marketing communications when you have opted in or when otherwise permitted by law;
operate, maintain, troubleshoot, secure and improve the website and related services;
understand website use and measure the performance of content and communications;
detect fraud, misuse, security incidents or other harmful activity;
comply with law, enforce agreements and protect the rights, safety and property of LifeLift and others; and
carry out another purpose disclosed when the information is collected or with your consent.
LifeLift may disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients when reasonably necessary:
Service providers: website hosting, form, CRM, communications, security, analytics, scheduling, booking, payment and technical-support providers working for LifeLift.
Program and location partners: participating locations, retreat coordinators, testing centers or other providers when you request coordination and the disclosure is explained or reasonably expected.
Professional advisers: attorneys, accountants, insurers, auditors and consultants subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations.
Legal and safety recipients: government authorities, courts, law enforcement or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety or security.
Business-transfer recipients: actual or prospective purchasers, successors or advisers involved in a merger, financing, restructuring, sale or transfer of all or part of the business, subject to appropriate safeguards.
Other recipients: other parties at your direction or with your consent.
LifeLift does not disclose sensitive or consumer health information for targeted advertising and does not sell consumer health information.
As currently configured, the LifeLift website does not use advertising pixels or retargeting tools, sell personal information, share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or process personal information for targeted advertising. If those practices change, LifeLift will update this policy and provide any legally required privacy choices before enabling them.
LifeLift and its service providers may use cookies, pixels, local storage, embedded content and similar technologies to operate the website, remember preferences, protect security, understand website activity and measure performance. Some technologies may be placed by third parties whose content appears on the website.
The website currently includes or may include services provided by GoHighLevel, Jane App, Google Maps, YouTube, LinkedIn, Ambrosia Wellness and content-delivery or hosting providers. Those companies may collect information when you interact with their services and handle it under their own privacy policies.
You can limit many cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect website functionality. Where required, LifeLift will provide a cookie preference tool and honor legally recognized opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control, for processing subject to those signals.
Because there is no uniform industry standard for browser “Do Not Track” signals, the website does not currently respond to those signals except where required by law. Global Privacy Control is treated separately as described above.
The current website does not place LifeLift advertising cookies or use nonessential first-party analytics cookies. If nonessential analytics or advertising tools are added through GoHighLevel or another provider, LifeLift will configure an appropriate notice, preference control and opt-out mechanism before those tools are activated where required by law.
Consultation links may direct you to a LifeLift registration page operated through its website or CRM provider. Location-booking links may direct you to Jane App or another independent booking provider. Information entered on a provider’s website is collected under its privacy policy. If a third-party service requests payment information, that provider and its payment processor handle the information according to their terms and privacy practices. LifeLift may receive registration, booking, transaction-status or service information made available to administer your request.
Embedded YouTube videos and Google Maps may permit those providers to collect device and interaction information. Selecting a LinkedIn, research, booking or other external link takes you to a service LifeLift does not control.
LifeLift retains personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including responding to inquiries, administering services, maintaining business and transaction records, resolving disputes, protecting security and meeting legal, tax, accounting or regulatory obligations. Retention periods vary according to the type and sensitivity of the information, the reason it was collected and applicable legal requirements.
Contact inquiries and retreat-interest responses are retained while the request is active and afterward only when reasonably needed for follow-up, recordkeeping, security or legal obligations.
Consultation, booking, practitioner-education and onboarding records are retained for the duration of the relationship and afterward when reasonably required for business, tax, accounting, dispute-resolution or legal purposes.
Marketing contact information is retained until you opt out or LifeLift no longer has a valid business purpose for the record. A limited suppression record may be retained to honor an opt-out.
Privacy requests and verification records are retained as reasonably necessary to document LifeLift’s response and comply with applicable law.
Technical and security records are retained only while reasonably needed to operate, protect and troubleshoot the website.
LifeLift uses reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the personal information it maintains. No website, transmission method or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
If a privacy or security incident occurs, LifeLift will investigate and provide notices to affected individuals, regulators or others when required by applicable law. Depending on the information and service involved, U.S. state breach-notification laws, HIPAA rules or the Federal Trade Commission’s Health Breach Notification Rule may apply.
Marketing email: use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email.
Text messages: follow the opt-out instructions in the message, such as replying STOP, where text messaging is offered.
Cookies: use available cookie settings and your browser controls.
External accounts: update booking or other information directly with the relevant third-party provider.
Privacy request: submit a request through the LifeLift contact form and identify it as a “Privacy Request.”
Opting out of marketing does not prevent LifeLift from sending non-promotional communications about an active request, booking, transaction or service.
Depending on your state of residence and whether the relevant law applies to LifeLift, you may have the right to:
confirm whether LifeLift processes your personal information and access that information;
correct inaccurate personal information;
request deletion of personal information, subject to legal exceptions;
obtain a portable copy of certain information;
opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, targeted advertising or certain profiling;
limit or withdraw consent for certain uses of sensitive personal information;
appeal a decision regarding a privacy request; and
exercise privacy rights without unlawful discrimination.
To exercise a right, use the contact form and write “Privacy Request” at the beginning of your message. Describe the right you wish to exercise and the state where you reside. LifeLift may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and authority. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law, but LifeLift may require proof of authorization and identity verification.
If LifeLift denies a request and your state provides an appeal right, reply through the contact process with “Privacy Appeal” and explain why you believe the decision should be reconsidered.
LifeLift will acknowledge a privacy request using the contact information provided. Verification will be limited to information reasonably necessary to match the requester with relevant records and protect against unauthorized access. LifeLift will respond and, where applicable, provide appeal instructions within the period required by the law that applies to the request.
This section supplements the policy for California residents. In the preceding 12 months, LifeLift may have collected the following categories of personal information described by California law: identifiers; customer-record information; commercial information; internet or electronic network activity; approximate geolocation; professional or employment-related information; correspondence and other content you submit; sensitive personal information you voluntarily provide; and inferences about interests based on your interactions.
LifeLift collects these categories from you, your browser or device, service providers, booking providers, referral sources and program or location partners. LifeLift uses and discloses them for the business and commercial purposes described in Sections 4 and 5. The categories of recipients are also described in Section 5.
Subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act’s applicability, exceptions and verification requirements, California residents may request access, correction or deletion; may opt out of sale or sharing; may limit certain uses of sensitive personal information; and may exercise those rights without discriminatory treatment.
LifeLift does not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.
California residents may submit requests using the process in Section 11. Where applicable, LifeLift will also honor Global Privacy Control as a request to opt out of sale or sharing for the browser or device sending the signal.
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 may permit certain residents to request information about disclosures of personal information to third parties for their direct-marketing purposes. Submit any applicable request using the process in Section 11.
The LifeLift website is directed to adults and is not designed for children under 13. LifeLift does not knowingly collect personal information online directly from children under 13. Inquiry, booking and retreat-interest forms should be completed by an adult. If LifeLift learns that it collected personal information directly from a child under 13 without any consent required by law, it will take reasonable steps to delete it.
LifeLift is a U.S. company, and personal information may be processed in the United States and other countries where LifeLift, its program partners or service providers operate. Privacy laws in those countries may differ from the laws where you live. Additional notices or consents may apply when LifeLift offers a program involving Italy or receives information from a person protected by a non-U.S. privacy law.
This U.S.-focused policy is not a substitute for any European Union, United Kingdom, Canadian or other international privacy notice that may be required.
LifeLift may update this policy to reflect changes in law, technology, services or information practices. The revised policy will identify its effective or last-updated date. LifeLift will provide additional notice or request consent when required by law.
LifeLift Consulting LLC is responsible for the personal information covered by this policy. To ask a privacy question or exercise a privacy right, use the LifeLift contact form and write “Privacy Request” at the beginning of your message.
The contact form is LifeLift’s designated online privacy-request method. If applicable law requires another request method for a particular request, LifeLift will provide that method when acknowledging the request.
