This group includes prospective studies, preliminary investigations and older case reports. Case reports and uncontrolled observations can identify questions for future research, but they cannot establish effectiveness or predict individual outcomes.

ICR-focused research

This narrative review organizes several proposed explanations for interactions between weak electromagnetic fields and biological systems, including ICR-like and ion-parametric resonance models, quantum-electrodynamic hypotheses, thermomagnetic resonance and calcium–calmodulin signaling. It presents an integrative conceptual framework and calls for rigorous scientific examination; it is not a clinical trial of Ambrosia.
Disclosure: The author reports employment with S.I.S.T.E.M.I. srl, the manufacturer of SEQEX devices, in medical training and research and development. The published conflict-of-interest statement says the funders had no role in the review’s design, analysis, writing or publication decision.
